This training is designed to help participants understand the dynamics of sexual assault and the important role that advocates play in providing effective services to victims of sexual assault. The training includes hands-on activities and several community presenters. There is a $25.00 materials fee.

Dine Out for Safety

Picture
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and Grays Harbor’s Sexual Assault Resource Center has activities planned throughout the county to help raise awareness about this serious issue.

We are asking you today to join other restaurants if you are an owner in the community and participate in Dine Out for Safety. If you are not an owner we encourage you to eat out at one of the participating restaurants on that day.

Participating restaurants will donate a portion of their FOOD AND NON-ALCOHOL SALES to Beyond Survival to support programs and services for victims of sexual assault and their families. The event will be publicized throughout the county in media, with flyers and mailings.
